Job OverviewYou will lead a team to deliver professional customer service, ensuring smooth operation of the admission centres. Responsibilities include managing staff rosters, coaching and training team members, supporting process improvements, handling service feedback, resolving operational issues, and providing coverage support when needed.
Requirements- Diploma in any discipline with 2 years of frontline customer service experience or GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ Level with 7 years of frontline customer service experience.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP system is advantageous.
- Able to work staggered hours between 6.30am and 6.30pm on weekdays.
- Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
