Role Overview The successful candidate will partner with business leaders to understand objectives, identify challenges, and deliver HR solutions that solve real business problems. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to understand objectives, identify challenges, and deliver HR solutions that solve real business problems. Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning aligned with business strategy. Advise managers on performance, talent development, and team effectiveness to improve outcomes. Resolve complex employee relations issues escalated from business units. Analyse key HR metrics (turnover, engagement, retention risks) and translate insights into actionable strategies. Mentor junior HRBPs and foster a problem-solving, business-oriented HR culture. Key Requirements 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior HRBP or leadership HR role Hands-on, pragmatic approach to solving business challenges through people strategies. Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR practices.
