Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our Business Development Sales Leader. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations across prospecting, pipeline management, client engagement, and cross-team coordination. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, efficient multitasker, and has hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the BD Sales Leader in sales activities, ensuring smooth coordination and follow-ups to achieve targets and KPI’s.
  • Manage and update the Zoho CRM system to maintain accurate client and pipeline data.
  • Conduct lead generation and outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, preparing prospect lists and contact strategies.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and insights to track performance against KPIs.
  • Coordinate scheduling, client calls, and follow-up communications.
  • Assist with preparation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
  • Liaise closely with the marketing and partnerships teams to align sales efforts with campaigns, events, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operations and other internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, service delivery, and follow-up.
  • Monitor industry news and competitor activity to provide actionable intelligence.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for inquiries, ensuring professional and timely communication. Client communication experience is a must.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a sales support, business development, or client management role.
  • Strong proficiency with CRMs, analytics, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of the health, wellness, or professional services industries is a plus.
