We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise our paid and organic marketing campaigns, driving measurable growth in leads and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.

  • Manage SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimisation.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and generate actionable insights.

  • Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates.

  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns meet ROI and CPA targets.

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 2–3 years' experience in managing both SEO and SEM campaigns.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-backed decisions.

  • Good copywriting and communication skills.

  • Experience in professional services marketing is an advantage.
