Role Summary
Precitech Inc is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Asia precision diamond tooling market. The Asia Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding market share and increasing sales within the region.
This role involves developing strategic plans, fostering partnerships, and leveraging industry expertise to expand our footprint and drive revenue growth. The position reports to the DVP / Business Manager and is fully remote. As a senior sales leader, the Regional Sales Manager will partner with business leadership to create and execute strategies, develop growth plans and budgets, and provide forecasts for operational and financial planning.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets, grow market share, and strengthen the company's position in the eyecare market.
- Collaborate with channel partners and the direct sales team to develop localized tactical plans for growth.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and innovation within existing accounts.
- Manage pricing and discounts to balance growth and profitability.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Product Management to align strategies and enhance value propositions.
- Build and maintain a professional network within the industry to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Work with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and market share metrics.
What you'll need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales management experience, preferably in ultra-precision machining solutions.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends for decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
