  • As a Field Healthcare Officer Assistant Manager focusing on Hospital Partnerships at Emoha Elder Care in Mulund/powai, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic alliances with hospitals to promote Emoha's home care services. Your role will involve developing relationships with doctors and specialists to generate leads, proactively identifying leads from various healthcare facilities, expanding Emoha's reach through networking, implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies, nurturing long-term connections with key decision-makers, monitoring competitor activities and industry trends, educating healthcare professionals on Emoha's offerings, tracking key performance indicators related to business growth and partnership success, and providing timely updates and reports on activities and achievements.To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in the healthcare or pharma industry. You should have a proven track record of success in partnerships and lead generation, a strong network within the healthcare industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a self-driven and customer-focused approach, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, and sensitivity when communicating with elders and their families.Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
