As a regional provider for integrated healthcare servcies in Singapore, Malaysia and China, the Group incorporates a chain of medicare centres and nursing homes, hospital services, a careskill training centre, a chain of senior services centres, home care services, ambulance services, physiotherapy services and traditional Chinese medicine services. The Group also provides consultancy for the development and management of retirement living communities.
DESIGNATION : Business Development Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement sales strategies, development programmes and plans for new growth areas to meet overall sales objectives to contribute to the company’s profitability and brand image
- Implement & evaluate sales plans
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Retain and develop designated client groups; delivering insight, advice and industry intelligence, to help them achieve their business objectives, to be able to handle client issues in a timely manner and ensure quality of deliverables to clients
- Visit referring agencies to establish partnership to promote services and enhance sales
- Visit clients to understand actual market conditions and foster better working relationships
- Design, implement and improve the CRM program
- Key point of contact for customers, handling requests and working with internal stakeholders to ensure that clients’ needs are met
- Initiate new ideas and value-add services for corporate clients
- Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Gather feedback from clients for service improvement. Correspond with customers to determine and follow up with their needs.
- Prepare monthly sales report.
- Assist or participate in company work projects as required.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Business Administration
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience in business development/sales preferably in the healthcare industry
- Good presentation and communication skills are essential
- Able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
**CORE COMPETENCIES**
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to work effectively in team environment
- Possess strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
