We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the deployment of cutting-edge software solutions to healthcare providers. This is a pivotal position that requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to drive business growth through innovative sales strategies.
- This includes developing new business opportunities, devising sales plans, achieving sales targets, and building effective relationships with doctors and healthcare partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roles within the healthcare or life sciences sector, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing new business opportunities by engaging with healthcare professionals, identifying potential clients, and following up on leads.
- Designing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Achieving sales targets through proactive planning, winning customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Buidling effective business relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
- Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to close sales.
- Overseeing user training and testing for our software solutions.
- Organizing events and conferences to educate and promote our products to healthcare professionals.
- Working closely with product development and engineering teams to develop marketing materials and literature.
- Communicating client needs to product development and engineering teams to inform product development.
- Aiding in translating commercial strategy into actionable tasks for product deployment.
