Finance Executive - LHH Singapore We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our dynamic Finance team in our Singapore office at Shaw Centre, Singapore. This role will drive efficiency across our finance function. Reporting Relationships Reports to Finance Director Location Central (Hybrid) Key Accountabilities Full spectrum of AP Assist in supporting month‑end, prepare journal entries, reporting In charge full spectrum of AP (vendor invoices posting, prepare PV and payment, AP Aging) Support AR function in invoice preparation, send invoice, AR Aging, prepare SOA, receipts posting etc. Process monthly staff claims Maintain FA listing and prepare balance sheet schedule Assist with interim and annual audit process Liaise with internal and external parties Other ad‑hoc duties as required Qualifications Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in AR and AP or relevant roles GST Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, able to handle manual process Basic accounting principles and GST knowledge are a must Experience with AR and AP functions A good attitude, sharp with an eye for detail and a team player Good in time management Able to adapt to fast‑paced environment and deal with external parties Sense of responsibilities, able to handle fast pace and prioritize urgent tasks Multi‑tasker with good time management skills Please state your expected salary and availability Immediate / short notice will be advantageous Benefits Growth opportunities within a human resources global leader We prioritize learning to stay agile in an increasingly competitive business environment We foster an open‑minded environment where people spark new ideas and explore alternatives Contract: Permanent Contract Type: Full‑time Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm Job Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Finance, Accounting/Auditing, and Administrative Industries: Human Resources Services, Professional Training and Coaching, Business Consulting and Services About LHH LHH empowers professionals and organizations to achieve bold ambitions and secure lasting impact through unique advisory services and talent solutions.
