See Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Structured Finance professional to play a pivotal role in optimizing and scaling our trade finance platform. This individual will lead the execution and ongoing management of structured finance facilities, drive capital efficiency, and strengthen risk management frameworks that support our expanding receivables portfolio. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and transaction management skills with sound judgment and the ability to work across internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the structuring, documentation and implementation of structured and asset‑backed facilities used to fund the company’s trade finance portfolio. Manage due diligence, data analysis, reporting and operational processes tied to facility execution and ongoing maintenance. Manage trade credit insurance policies. Liaise with legal counsel, lenders, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of financing transactions. Develop and refine internal reporting tools to track facility performance, liquidity, and covenant compliance. Assist in strategic capital deployment to optimize return on deployed funds and improve funding efficiency. Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate funding costs, leverage, and capital utilization. Support coordination between treasury, finance, and risk functions to ensure capital alignment with portfolio growth objectives. Identify and mitigate risks associated with counterparty exposure, operational processes, and structural elements of financing facilities. Support enhancements to internal controls and compliance with internal credit and governance frameworks. Contribute to developing dashboards, risk models, and portfolio monitoring tools to provide senior management with actionable insights. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree or CFA qualification a plus. 5–9 years+ of relevant experience in structured finance, capital markets, corporate treasury, or trade finance. Experience in a start up a plus. Demonstrated experience working with receivables-backed or asset-based lending structures. Solid understanding of credit analysis, financial modeling, and deal documentation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project-execution skills. Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
