Finance Manager (min 5 years exp) - Leading Venture Capital Firm We are working with a leading venture capital firm with AUM in the billions to hire a Finance Manager for their Singapore office. This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the CFO, and offers the opportunity to be part of an established and high-performing finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate accounting and financial operations, with a background in a lean team environment and excellent stakeholder management skills. Prior experience in working in a startup, high-growth and fast-paced environment would be very well regarded. Exposure in the fund management industry would be a big plus but not necessary. Key Responsibilities: Oversee monthly financial closing, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with internal policies. Manage cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, and cost allocation. Handle invoicing, expense management, and internal reporting for the firm. Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with senior stakeholders. Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies. Collaborate with investment and operational teams on financial matters. Key Requirements: Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong background in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting. Experience working in a lean team environment, with the ability to multitask and take ownership of financial processes. Prior exposure to venture capital, private equity, or startups would be highly advantageous. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, due to the need to communicate with business stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership and external partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
