Responsibilities- Build and manage relationships with users to achieve overall business objectives
- Serve as an intermediary between users and internal operations team to resolve issues and maintain operational excellence
- Maintain and update information and settings within the system
- Assist with in‑team projects to improve processes and implement new initiatives that add value to SPX Express (SPX)
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, SPX Ops and SPX Product Management) to enhance and optimise overall user experience for buyers and sellers
- Assist in monitoring targets, analysing industry trends and reviewing key metrics
- Carry out analysis and surveys to better understand users' requirements
- Degree holder preferably with business background
- 1 - 3 years in business development, account management, sales or related field within the e-commerce or logistics industry is a plus
- Highly motivated, fast learner and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Meticulous and high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Positive team player with energetic attitude
- Do note this is a 1 year contract (subject to performance for conversion to permanent employee)
