This is a6-month contract opportunityfor a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with meaningful career opportunities. What You’ll Do: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and craft effective sourcing strategies. Manage and lead full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions and seniority levels. Proactively source and engage high-potential candidates, including passive talent. Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. Maintain accurate recruitment data and contribute to reporting and insights. Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives. What You Bring: 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within shipping, logistics, or related industries. Proven success in hiring across varied job categories and levels ideally within shipping and logistics fields or large multinational environments Strong knowledge of the Singapore employment landscape and talent trends. A solid track record in proactive sourcing and engaging passive talent in Singapore. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Why Join Us?
