Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies for the North American market (or assigned regions) and achieve the company’s sales targets. New Business Development Identify and acquire new clients based on industry trends and market insights. Explore potential business opportunities and drive long-term partnerships. Channel Development & Partner Management Develop new distributor and agent channel resources in North America or Europe. Provide product training, sales support, and marketing resources to partners. Strengthen partner loyalty, satisfaction, and channel performance. Market Intelligence & Feedback Collect competitive intelligence and monitor industry trends. Provide timely feedback on market needs to support product optimization and pricing strategies. Contract Negotiation & Project Delivery Lead contract negotiations, signing, and execution. Ensure compliance, manage project delivery, and oversee payment collection. Mitigate operational risks and safeguard project outcomes. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree or above. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in North American or European channel sales, business development, or key account management. Experience in robotics, garden tools, or power tools industries is highly preferred. Skills & Attributes Native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required to support communication with China-based stakeholders. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong ability to organize resources and analyze market data. Self-driven, highly proactive, and results-oriented. Honest, straightforward, and collaborative personality. Business Capability Familiar with the full B2C sales cycle. Able to independently develop markets and drive projects to completion. Willingness to travel as needed.
