With 5 to 15 years of experience, you should have a proven track record in sales, marketing, business development, or corporate relations. Your expertise should include strong market control and an established client base in the corporate and SME sectors. Stability is crucial, with a minimum of 3-5 years of continuous employment in key roles.As a Partner Model Hiring candidate, you must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within corporate insurance broking companies. Consistency is valued, with a minimum of 4 years spent with one company. Your success will be driven by your strong business relationships with corporates in the targeted market.Your responsibilities will include developing strategic business development plans for multiple verticals, creating strategies for special projects, and achieving revenue targets as per annual plans. Team management, problem identification, and network development are essential skills. Your knowledge of industry verticals, competitors, and geographical regions will be instrumental in your success. You will build and maintain business relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, research policies and products, negotiate terms, and manage client accounts effectively.This full-time, permanent role offers benefits such as paid sick time and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes day shifts, fixed shifts, with availability on weekdays and weekends.
