Talent Development Specialist, Learning and Engagement Coordinator | UP6000

One North 12 Months Contract Up to $6000 Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 6pm Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm What You’ll Do: Empower Student Talent: Support the end-to-end process for student internships, from onboarding to IT setup. Champion Academic Collaboration: Manage visiting requests and ensure a seamless experience for all guests. Keep Us Organised: Maintain central records for internal appointments, committees, and keep org charts and call trees current. Support Scholars: Assist with scholar nominations, annual returns, and keep master lists up-to-date. Celebrate Excellence: Coordinate award nominations and support communications for recognition programmes. Drive Learning: Process training requests, coordinate approvals, and help organise impactful training sessions. Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Prepare stipend projections, update technical profiles, and support digitalisation initiatives. Be a Trusted Partner: Provide calendar and event planning support to the Senior Director and collaborate across teams. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred) Experience in talent development or programme administration Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint) Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communicator, able to work independently and as part of a team Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on “Apply Now”.
