Job Function & Skills You are responsible for attracting new and managing current recruitment partners on their hiring needs. You must be able to propose digitalised recruitment solutions to improve workplace productivity by referring candidates from our upskilled local talent pool. You will be part of the team in managing recruitment initiatives, from branding, outreach and networking activities, shortlisting and selecting until hire. Your day to day activities include lead generation, sales engagement and account management. Team Structure Reporting directly to the Talent Head, you will be working with your peer in learning delivery & digital marketing to implement your go-to-market strategies. Job Mission You will target hiring companies in developing new digital capabilities for omni-channel marketing, tech-enabled operations, intelligence business and secured modern workplace. You will also target digital enterprises segment with total talent solutions including talent acquisition, contingent workforce, talent incubation and talent development consulting. You will be expected to provide career consultation and development advisory to candidates, source suitable candidates for roles and match them to job specifications and client requirements. Requirements At least a University graduate Minimum 2 years B2B infocomm solutions sales and/or talent recruitment experience in Tech industry Working exposure in tech start‑up will be an advantage Network/familiarity within the tech industry is advantageous Must be from a recruitment technology background with exposure in handling IT domain (Technology Infrastructure, Data Analytics, ERP systems) Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development Industries Professional Training and Coaching Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at eduCLaaS by 2x Get notified about new Talent Specialist jobs in Singapore, Singapore . #J-18808-Ljbffr
