Direct message the job poster from Wilson A well-established leader in the education industry is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Human Resources department to oversee their full-cycle corporate function recruiting. The ideal candidate should have proven working experience as a talent acquisition specialist (in-house or agency recruitment) with a good track record in high volume recruitment. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end life cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing, interview facilitation, overseeing the selection process, to offer management. Partner closely with line managers to understand the hiring requirements, anticipate and build future talent pool, and provide recruitment advise and training as and when required. Assist in the development of recruitment strategy such as job posting optimisation, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, employer branding and other related areas. Manage vendor relationships with external recruitment agencies and search firms and ensure all terms and conditions/agreements are in place. Utilise social media, job boards and other technical means to source for suitable candidates for open requisitions Participate in employment events such as career fairs and develop college recruiting programs. Analysis and reports of market recruitment trends and internal recruitment data. Key Requirements Possesses a qualified Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with minimum of three years’ experience as a talent acquisition specialist from in-house or agency environment. Strong business partnership skills to influence and guide hiring managers effectively and build a trustworthy relationship within the team and other departments. Good understanding of various recruitment resource and analytical tools, with exposure to using ATS tracking system. Has the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and meet tough deadlines. Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, topped with strong written and oral communication skills in English.
