Illumina is a fast-paced company with an open and collaborative culture, we are seeking someone who embodies and embraces these values.**Position Responsibilities:*** Recruit for all positions for Illumina Singapore’s Manufacturing and R&D sites located in Woodlands* Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations* Develop proactive sourcing strategies and work with hiring managers to identify the talent pool in anticipation of business needs* Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent* Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions* Work closely with hiring manager and HRBP to create compensation packages for successful candidates, and see-through offer closure with successful negotiations with candidate* Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity* Keep up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforce them within the company to ensure compliance* Prepare recruitment reports, analytics and presentations for reporting purpose* Organize and host employer branding events and recruitment drives* Innovate and execute projects to improve recruiting processListed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position.
