Logistics & Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate import and export logistics with freight forwarders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
2. Prepare and manage full sets of shipping documentation in compliance with international shipping and customs regulations.
3. Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving any logistics or shipping issues.
4. Understanding and ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and company procedures.
5. Support incoming shipments by verifying physical goods and placing them in designated storage locations.
6. Assist in picking and packing of outgoing shipments.
7. Generate shipping instructions and support logistics operations, including Oracle system invoicing and documentation.
8. Perform other shipping-related administrative tasks as needed.

Carry out any ad hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.

1. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or related fields.
2. Experience handling shipping documentation and coordinating with freight forwarders.
3. Solid working knowledge of Incoterms is an advantage.
4. Familiarity and experience working with Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred.
5. Highly meticulous with strong attention to detail.
6. Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
