Your role
The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing global projects on behalf of the Global Operations department. The role involves managing smaller to medium-sized projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resources, and risk management plans.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct project evaluations and assess results to ensure alignment with expectations and standards.
- Facilitate effective communication across project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance.
- Support Operations PMO in larger, complex projects as needed.

Your role

What You’ll Do

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Min 5 to 7 years of project management experience, preferably within data centers, IT infrastructure, or similar industries.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
