Purpose
This role is accountable for the successful management, execution, and performance of a customer program throughout the contract lifecycle. The key objectives are customer satisfaction, financial performance, and operational compliance that meet or exceed contractual service-level agreements.
Key Missions
- Manage customer relations as IDEMIA's primary contact.
- Proactively seek customer satisfaction through feedback and continuous improvement.
- Ensure customers fulfill their obligations to enable IDEMIA's work.
- Lead and support the program team to achieve objectives.
- Provide vision and direction to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Organize work according to the Program Management System (DRIVE).
- Conduct tollgate reviews and monitor KPIs.
- Manage risks, issues, and escalation processes.
- Oversee program Profit and Loss, revenue, and invoicing forecasts.
- Manage contracts and ensure adherence to terms.
- Lead medium to high complexity programs, coaching other managers as needed.
Profile & Other Information
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in tech or government projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
- Familiarity with risk management and performance tracking.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
