
SENIOR / SERVICE SALES ENGINEER

Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned budget for Order Intake/ Sales Turnover/Gross Profit
- Develop and grow service business, as well as, to protect Yokogawa system/solution installed base in Singapore
- Review customers’ service modification requests and work closely with service operations to generate quotations
- Maintenance contract sales pursuit and renewal. Timely renewal of the back-to-back support with YHQ / 3rd party vendors
- Proactively work with supporting departments/ 3rd party vendors to identify new opportunities to expand installed base
- Collaborate with various Departments/ 3rd party vendors to generate solutions to meet customers’ requirements/ upsell offerings
- Manage high volume of quotation requests and turnaround in short notice
- Process order booking and proper handover to operations team
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering Discipline
- Prior hands-on experience with Yokogawa DCS and / or Prosafe-RS engineering
- Ability to leverage on a good understanding of customer’s installed systems/ solutions to create and develop business opportunities
- Understand DCS IO full loop configuration requirement (IO module/cable type & length/Terminal Board)
- Understand DCS control drawings, logic & graphics. Basic experience with Prosafe-RS, Exa Solution packages & Networking
- Able to study End-user/EPC requirements and estimate technical efforts required based on given IO list/scope of work
- Understand the fundamentals of Cybersecurity solutions
