Role Description
- Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails.
- Organise and maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for office-related matters.
- Monitor and track office expenses, including generating and processing invoices.
- Provide administrative support to teams and departments as needed.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining staff records.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office facilities and equipment.
- Assist in organising company events or staff activities.
- Respond to inquiries and provide general support to visitors and staff.
- Full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent.
- At least 21 years old (regulatory requirement).
- Open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
