This role is about more than just beer. You’ll help Tiger show up in the world through campaigns that push boundaries, speak to next-gen drinkers, and spark pride from football collaborations in Seoul to music takeovers in Kuala Lumpur.ResponsibilitiesBe the strategic and creative lead across global and regional Tiger campaigns Drive integrated work that spans digital, social, experiential, content, and cultureled activations Translate Tiger’s bold brand platform into work that’s culturally relevant and commercially smart Lead client relationships with clarity, confidence, and a collaborative mindset Champion work that taps into Gen Z behaviours, football fandoms, street style, and unapologetic self-expression Manage campaign delivery from idea to execution, on time, on budget, and on brief Guide local markets to activate global campaigns with authenticity and flair Inspire internal teams to push for creative that’s as daring as the brand itself Qualifications6+ years in creative, brand or integrated agencies, with experience leading multimarket accounts A fan of beer culture, football, music, or fashion, you understand how brands move in modern culture A strategic thinker who knows how to sell big ideas and defend brave ones Skilled at managing clients, creatives, and chaos with equal poise Agile and entrepreneurial, you don’t wait to be told, you make things happen Experienced in global-to-local workstreams, especially in APAC or lifestyle-driven brands Bonus: background in working with alcohol, fashion, entertainment or FMCG clients targeting Gen Z Additional InformationThis isn’t business as usual.
