Business Development & Brand Director at Udders Ice Cream

Udders is on a mission to be the most kickass ice cream brand in the Milky Way. From a tiny shop in 2007, our founders started Udders with a dream to create Asian flavours for Asians, and alcoholic flavours with a bold, humorous edge. We are Singapore’s largest homegrown creamery, with 20 outlets across Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines, distribution in 5 countries across Asia and Europe, and presence on multiple airlines. We’re looking to expand globally and welcome you to join us on this quest to share our delicious ice creams with the world.

What you will contribute
  • Primary responsibilities: Business development and sales in our Catering & Events (corporate sales, workshops, parties/celebrations) and Horeca (hotels, restaurants, cafes) channels.
  • Identify and acquire new clients.
  • Manage and maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
  • Be present on the ground at events to ensure things run smoothly.
  • Manage part-timers and external vendors for catering events and workshops.
  • Ensure sales targets (for B2C and B2B) are met.
  • Implement strategic business development efforts to drive sales growth in Catering & Events and Horeca channels.
  • Report to the Business Development Director.
What will help you succeed
  • 2 years or more of sales and business development experience. Relevant experience in events / F&B is advantageous, but a practical entrepreneurial mindset can compensate.
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to independently solve problems.
