Key Responsibilities- Acquire & service clients to meet revenue targets
- Identify upsell opportunities when formulating project plans that are in line with brand’s guidelines
- Present full range of our services at client meetings
- Attend site visits & serve as primary contact for your clients
- Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Adhere to SOPs at all stages, from concept development to post-event evaluation
- Monitor project risks to ensure that timelines are met
- Budget for events & monitor expenditure to stay within budget
- Procure supplies & upkeep event equipment (if needed)
- Verify income & expenditure to ensure profitability of projects
- Handle client billings & vendor invoicing in a timely manner
- Ensure timely dissemination to relevant departments & conduct pre-event briefings for large-scale events
- Inspect staged event equipment before moving out
- Safely load & unload goods if required
- Coordinate deliveries with our logistics team & outsource if required
- Manage client inventory & keep records of incoming/outgoing deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness of the workplace & foster a positive work environment
- Report key updates to the team & senior management
- Obtain & review vendors quotations
- Build a database & maintain good working relationships with vendors
- Lead negotiations to ensure budget requirements are met
- Inspect vendor deliverables to ensure quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends to propose improvement for the business
- Administrative duties & other matters as required
- Handle takeover & handover of venues
- Manage live event coordination across all parties
- Assist logistics team during setup & inspect installations to ensure quality standards are met
- Capture deliverables for submission of completion reports
- Perform situational assessments to identify potential risks
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate crisis situations for smooth operations despite unexpected circumstances
- Give guidance to ensure high service standards & job satisfaction among limited-term event staff
- Provide recognition to motivate & retain staff for future events
- Handle feedback & act appropriately to deliver exceptional client experience consistently
- Represent us when engaging clients to maintain relationships or create business opportunities
- Tally inventory at end of event & report breakage or discrepancies
- Assist logistics team with tear-down & equipment reset
- Conduct debrief for feedback & present data analysis
- Diploma in Event Management or related field
- ≥1 year of managerial experience
- Proven track record in event execution
- Comfortable with irregular hours (weekends/public holidays; late-night transport provided)
- Physically fit (able to lift up to 25kg) & comfortable indoors/outdoors
- Proficient in Notion, MS Office, Google Workspace
- Comfortable with hands-on work & alcohol-related products
- Meticulous problem-solver who’s able to work independently as well as in a team
- Organisational skills to foster collaborative work atmosphere & relationships
- Thrive in a high energy environment & adapt well when plans deviate
- Resourceful & able to think on your feet under pressure
- Negotiation skills to navigate complex operations
- Enthusiastic & able to follow directions
- People-driven & responsible
- Strong conceptual & analytical thinking skills
- Fast worker with initiative & can-do attitude
- Good communicator with a presentable & professional demeanor
- Class 3 License with clean record
- Familiarity with local venues & industry practices
