Overview

We are looking for a Project Lead to manage high-impact corporate events end to end. From pre-event pitches to execution, you’ll own the project delivery while working closely with our Account Managers and Creative team. This is a client-facing, hands-on role requiring precise planning, vendor management, and onsite execution with a strong focus on quality.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Managers in pre-event stages to build proposals, budgets, and presentations.
  • Lead project planning: timelines, rundowns, production schedules, risk management.
  • Liaise directly with clients on requirements, expectations, and approvals.
  • Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, and coordination (venues, AV, décor, catering, etc.).
  • Oversee internal team deliverables across creative, operations, and logistics.
  • Drive onsite execution: ensure smooth registration, program flow, performances, and show quality.
  • Track project budgets and maintain cost discipline.
  • Ensure all events meet creative, operational, and client standards.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Events, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 6–8 years’ experience in corporate events/project management.
  • Strong track record of managing medium to large-scale events end to end.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational ability with attention to detail.
  • Able to lead multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite; knowledge of Asana or similar tools is a plus.
  • Willing to work evenings/weekends when required for events.
