What you'll do Work closely with Operations and Quant Team to configure and test the exchange application end-to-end, which includes drafting, executing, reviewing, and owning the test scenarios, test cases and checklist(s)/process flow(s). Monitor exchange prices and spreads to ensure it is align with global market prices Treasury management for quant wallet Prepare and present weekly OKR reports Managed and onboard partners onto exchange Leverage trading metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to increase profitability and performance Maintain exchange liquidity and troubleshoot any live-trading issues What we expect from you A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Extensive experience in Crypto operations and process optimization. More than 2 years of experience in exchange operations. Preferably, more than 1 year of experience in spot or Conversion trading in financial services and/or user operations. Good knowledge in operations, including BAU, back admin system management, basic trading knowledge, and market promotion. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience in risk management and automation tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
