About the role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist (Immigration and Work Pass Services) to join our team in Central Region. In this full-time role, you will support the Consultant/Manager in delivering comprehensive immigration, work pass applications, trademark registration and government grant application services. Your role will involve coordinating documentation, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth end-to-end processes. This position requires strong organizational skills and a keen understanding of immigration procedures to help facilitate effective and compliant solutions for both businesses and individuals. What you'll be doing Assist in the preparation, submission and monitoring work pass applications. Handle work pass renewals and cancellations, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations. Manage any work pass appeals if applications are rejected or if issues arise with renewals. Act as a consultant to individuals, companies and foreign nationals about the immigration policies and procedures such as visa applications, work pass, Permanent Residency (PR) and Singapore Citizenship. Advise and process trademark registrations with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS). Support in organizing and coordinating HR meetings, training sessions and company events. What we're looking for At least 2 years of proven experience in work pass applications, immigration consulting or a related field. Possession of a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is a must. Solid understanding of immigration regulations, policies, and application procedures across key work pass categories. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical, commercially focused advice to clients. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex negotiations and build trusting relationships. Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality, compliant service.
