Singapur, Singapore Salt Full time

Salt is hiring a ‘HR Documentation Specialist’ who will be responsible for capturing, organizing, and maintaining detailed process documentation across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, leave management, mobility, and offboarding. You will collaborate with HR teams to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge assets that empower delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Knowledge Capture Work directly with assigned teams (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Mobility, Legal) to extract and document key processes, exceptions, and decision points. Apply KM templates, metadata, and content standards to ensure structured, high-quality, searchable knowledge. Tag and organize existing documentation into usable formats aligned to the KM architecture (e.g., Zendesk Knowledge Base), with clear version control. Process Documentation & Repository Management Create SOPs, job aids, playbooks, and quick-reference guides that support regional delivery teams. Maintain a centralized, well-structured repository to ensure accessibility, consistency, and findability. Ensure documentation reflects local compliance nuances while maintaining global alignment. Establish documentation standards, templates, and version controls to ensure consistency across regions. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a liaison between functional teams and the central KM program to ensure alignment, resolve ambiguities, and accelerate rollout. Identify friction points in contribution workflows and propose lightweight, scalable solutions. Provide suggestions to other HR teams on how to contribute to, navigate, and leverage documentation effectively; support contributor ramp‑up. Continuous Improvement & Insights Conduct content audits to identify gaps, redundancies, and consolidation opportunities; retire outdated content. Partner with ES leadership to prioritize documentation needs based on service delivery trends and compliance requirements. Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years in process documentation, knowledge management, HR operations, or HR shared services. Strong technical writing and editing skills with a knack for simplifying complex information. Experience managing knowledge bases and creating structured documentation frameworks. Proficiency with workflow visualization tools (Miro, Lucidchart, Visio) and documentation platforms (Zendesk Knowledge Base). Understanding of HR processes (onboarding, benefits, payroll inputs, mobility, leaves, etc.) preferred. Detail‑oriented and highly organized, with a passion for building structure. Proactive in identifying gaps and recommending process improvements. (CEI No: R | License No: 07C3147) #J-18808-Ljbffr
