Role Overview
As the Affiliate & Partnerships Manager for APAC at Roamless, you will lead and execute affiliate strategies tailored to the Asia-Pacific markets. This role focuses on driving high-quality user acquisition and engagement through partnerships with affiliates, networks, and agencies. You’ll be responsible for expanding our affiliate footprint, optimizing performance, and building strong, scalable relationships across the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Program Management
- Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the APAC affiliate and partnerships program, ensuring consistent growth and channel optimization.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners and publishers to expand our regional reach.
Campaign Development & Optimization
- Develop and execute regional affiliate campaigns, promotions, and performance-driven initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, networks, and agencies to drive loyalty and performance.
- Act as the main point of contact for APAC partners, ensuring smooth communication and support.
Analytics & Reporting
- Leverage analytics tools to track performance, forecast results, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to inform strategy, improve efficiency, and report progress to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align affiliate and partnership initiatives with Roamless’s global growth strategies.
- Share APAC market insights to inform campaigns and drive regional engagement.
Innovation & Market Insights
- Stay up to date on affiliate marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in the APAC markets.
- Explore alternative ad networks and innovative acquisition strategies to continuously enhance reach and performance.
- Based in the APAC region, with a deep understanding of the affiliate and partnerships landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in one or more regional languages such as Mandarin, Hindi, or Japanese is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or B2B/B2B2C partnerships, with a strong track record managing regional programs.
- Experience working with platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten Marketing, CJ, or Refersion.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Tableau.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategy and the APAC digital ecosystem.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
- Experience in the travel or telecom sector is a plus.
