Overview

Position: Account Specialist, Affiliate Marketing (APAC). Location: Singapore. Remote, work-from-home role with some travel for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and events. The candidate must be located in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including recruitment, newsletters, fraud checks, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Manage affiliate communications and expectations; develop relationships with clients and partners to understand goals and objectives, providing proactive updates across channels.
  • Prepare detailed reports using Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) and analyze data to identify insights and optimize program performance.
  • Own and manage client tasks with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and coordinate with management and peers.
  • Manage risks, track fraud, and ensure compliance with program terms and conditions across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with peers and management to drive continuous improvement and share best practices.
What Success Looks Like
  • By 6 months: proficient in day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, reporting, recruitment, and creative asset deployment; regular fraud checks and compliance; strong relationships with clients and affiliates with minimal guidance.
  • By 1 year: troubleshoot and resolve account and affiliate issues independently; contribute to process improvements; take on new responsibilities and act as a thought leader within the team.
Qualities & Qualifications
  • Fluency in English; fluency in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formatting, etc.).
  • Knowledge of HTML is a plus.
  • Ability to travel when necessary for conferences and team meetings.
