Working Hours:

5.25 days work week (Alternate Saturday Offs)

Monday to Friday- 08.45am - 05.45pm

Alternate Saturdays- 08.45am - 12.45pm
*5th Saturday required to work

About the role

Join the dynamic and growing team at Vin's Automotive Group as a Human Resource Executive. In this full-time position based in the Bishan Central Region, you will play a key role in supporting the human resource functions across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in HR consulting and generalist HR to contribute to the success of a leading automotive group.

What you\'ll be doing

  • Provide HR advisory services to business leaders and employees on a range of HR matters including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations

  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the business objectives

  • Collaborate with the HR team to manage the employee lifecycle including hiring, training, development, and retention initiatives

  • Administer HR programs and processes such as payroll, leave management, and HRIS systems

  • Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations to improve HR practices and compliance

  • Support employee engagement, communication, and wellness initiatives

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices

What we\'re looking for

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR information systems

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Proactive, adaptable, and customer-oriented approach
