In line with continued growth aspiration, they are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Lead . Roles & Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery: Drive end‑to‑end recruitment strategy and execution to meet internal / departmental hiring needs across functions and levels. Operations & Project Management: Lead recruitment projects such as process harmonisation and ATS/system enhancements, vendor management, and recruitment marketing campaigns. Monitor key hiring metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. People Management: Lead, coach, and chart development for the team, fostering capability building, collaboration, and a high‑performance culture. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand talent needs, provide market insights, and appropriate solutions. Process Improvement & Governance: Review and refine policies and processes, enhance candidate experience, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Key Requirements Recognised Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business / Social Science. Comes with more than 5 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment and Human Resource Management. Candidate with agency / vendor / consulting experience welcome to apply.
