Job Description- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts across the Southeast Asia region, partnering closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in a competitive market.
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical roles, including technical, product, marketing, and leadership positions.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture focused on quality and efficiency.
- Utilize data-driven insights and recruitment analytics to continuously optimize hiring processes and candidate experience.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to elevate the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the fintech industry.
- Ensure compliance with regional hiring laws and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all recruitment activities.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition, ideally within fintech, technology, or fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia talent market, with existing networks across the region being a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, recruitment technologies, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for fintech and the evolving digital economy landscape.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; relevant HR or recruitment certifications a bonus.
