Leading teams in dynamic, high-growth, or change-driven environments is advantageous but not necessary. Track record of driving transformation in recruiting – redesigning systems, workflows, and strategies to improve outcomes. Bold thinker with the ability to influence senior leaders and challenge legacy mindsets with diplomacy and confidence. Analytical mindset – comfortable with metrics, KPIs, and using data to iterate and improve. Strong storytelling and branding instincts – can position an employer brand to attract mission-aligned talent. Passion for building teams that make a meaningful impact — healthcare experience is not required, but a desire to improve lives through people is essential.
