Job responsibilities:

  • Research emerging bank proposition strategy, channel proposition trend & collaborate with internal functions & bank partner on analysing customer insights; and identify opportunity & actions
  • Lead and drive the development and innovation of Banca/Broker-relevant proposition (e.g. covering product, underwriting, value-added services & incentives) to enable further penetration into all segments
  • Drive the best practice sharing across markets
  • Support the delivery of partnership performance; with a focus on incentives & proposition execution
  • Facilitate proposition approval both internally at Prudential and at bank partner governance, through engagement with Group Functions (Finance, Risk), Local Markets (PD, Product, Finance) and Bank partner
  • Collaborate with team member on developing proposition-focused Strategy

Job requirement:

  • 15+ years of relevant working experience; Previous partnership distribution (e.g. bancassurance / broker) experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills: Qualified Actuary preferred, or with very strong quantitative background; previous Product Development/Pricing experience is preferred
  • Strong communicator with good influencing and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Good business acumen with a strong understanding of life insurance financials & products
  • Strong capabilities in project management
  • Good team player
