  • The National Clinical Lead position is available at the Centre for Sustainable Delivery's Vascular Surgery Speciality Delivery Group. You will play a key role in providing professional expertise for the development, design, and delivery of the CfSD's work related to the Vascular Surgery Specialty Delivery Group. Collaborating with the National Improvement Advisor, National Associate Directors, and Associate Clinical Directors, you will contribute to the ongoing efforts aimed at developing innovative approaches within NHS Scotland. Your responsibilities will include offering strategic leadership and support to clinical teams, enabling them to explore new ways of working and identify opportunities for pathway redesign that can be implemented on a broader scale throughout Scotland.In this role, you will support the implementation of redesign initiatives based on high-quality clinical advice that is recognized internationally. Your input will be crucial in ensuring that practices align with professional standards and the principles of Realistic Medicine.
