- Position Title: Quality Service Cleanliness (QSC) & Training Executive
- Working Location: Jurong West
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 8.30AM - 6PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Provide training to sales staff at outlets, focusing on quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Liaise with franchise partners, both locally and overseas, for all sales-related activities
- Monitor and follow up with clients and franchise partners to collect sales data and prepare monthly reports for management
- Work closely with store managers and staff in Singapore to improve quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC).
- Support team efforts by working with other staff to coordinate sales activities.
- Learn and follow company rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Has 1-2 years of working experience in the F&B industry
- Prior training experience in F&B sectors are an added advantage
- Availability to work at outlets/stores as and when required
