This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to apply their skills in administration while leveraging ChatGPT and AI tools to automate and enhance daily operations.You will be part of a dynamic team driving digital transformation across business processes, improving efficiency, and supporting management through smart automation.Key Responsibilities • Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, documentation, and meeting coordination.• AI & Automation: Deploy and manage ChatGPT and other AI tools to streamline reporting, data entry, drafting communications, and knowledge management.• Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate business and financial records, prepare reports, and assist with invoicing.• Business Operations: Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and management updates.• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows using AI and automation platforms.• Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.• Project Support: Assist in planning and executing projects, events, and strategic initiatives.Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related discipline (Polytechnic or University).• Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI productivity tools (e.g., using AI for drafting documents, data summarization, or workflow support).• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Teams, Slack).• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and explore new digital solutions.Preferred (Nice to Have) • Exposure to workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Power Automate).• Internship or part-time experience in administration or business operations.• Passion for digital transformation and continuous improvement.Career Development This role provides a strong foundation for career growth into:• Business Operations Executive / Manager• Digital Transformation / AI Specialist• Project Coordinator / Manager• Corporate Strategy / Business DevelopmentWe offer hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow in AI-powered business administration.
