As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and citizen experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with business users, project managers, architects, and vendors to translate business needs into actionable requirements and ensure smooth delivery of digital initiatives. You’ll work on both new transformation projects and existing system enhancements, requiring close coordination with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and solution providers. Key Responsibilities Partner with business and technical teams to gather and analyse user needs using design thinking and service design methodologies. Translate business problems into digital solutions, ensuring alignment with policies, security, and compliance standards. Support the business and operational needs of existing systems, coordinating with vendors and helpdesk teams to manage issues and enhancements. Collaborate on defining user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for development teams. Recommend suitable delivery models (outsourced, co-sourced, or in-house) to achieve project goals. Work with solution architects to evaluate emerging technologies such as cloud adoption, legacy modernisation, or AI-enabled tools. Facilitate stakeholder engagement across business units and government agencies to ensure smooth project delivery and adoption. Analyse change requests and propose system or process improvements to meet evolving needs. Contribute to identifying new opportunities for digital transformation and operational efficiency. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital, system implementation, or transformation projects. Proven experience working in Agile or product-centric environments. Familiarity with enterprise system management, including vendor coordination, issue resolution, and enhancement cycles. Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills — comfortable leading discovery workshops and prototyping sessions. Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills. Self-driven, adaptable, and proactive in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise workflow platforms is preferred. PMP certification or prior exposure to project management practices is preferred. Familiarity with AI tools or digital innovation frameworks is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
