Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the sales and management of sales business activities. You will be in charge of the market development for the Systems Integration business, prepare long-term and short-term business plans for revenue generation, develop budget and implement sales and marketing strategies to attain business growth and profitability. Provide technical solutions / proof of concept / costing / budget during bidding. Actively involves in answering / attending technical queries from customers pertaining to the sales / bidding. Provide technical support to project implementation / testing / site commissioning / services / upgrading / integration to various systems. Create standard training materials and provide trainings to various personnel to build up expertise. Gathering of market intelligence on industry trends, competitive development and constant evaluation of potential new customers lines. Develop new market segments and introduce innovative products to continuously grow market share. Gain and maintain market information and knowledge to obtain and maintain the targeted market shares in all assigned product categories. Manage the business in order to achieve and maximize targets for sales, volumes and revenues and to ensure the right organization and structure is in place for delivering the objectives. Develop and drive credibility and long-term relationship with the customers, to fulfil long-term sales objectives. Responsible for creating and implementing the sales plan, including forecast, monitoring the sales effort and performance against budget and to take corrective actions, in order to contribute to overall business plan. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented. Requirements: Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Good sales/business development knowledge in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marines, Power Plant or other harsh and hazardous industries, covering the following system: o Public Alarm & General Alarm/ Closed Circuit TV Systemo Telephone PABX/ Microwave Radio/ Satellite Communicationo Marine Radio System Possess excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills, resourceful and creative. Good analytical/problem solving skills/abilities. Possess good leadership skills with a high level of personal responsibility and self-motivation, 'can do' attitude is a must. A self-starter with proven managerial skills and sound business acumen, with ability to multi-task and handle work pressure.
