Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales and trading teams to support all stages of the trade lifecycle, prepare end of the day report to be submitted for daily closure.
  • Monitor trade execution, confirmations, and settlements to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Oversee end-to-end settlement process for transactions, ensuring all trades settle accurately and timely.
  • Establishing and optimizing operational processes, ensuring efficient execution of AI and data-driven initiatives, and driving alignment between technical delivery and business strategy.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of trades, positions, and investigate on discrepancies.
  • Perform weekly reconciliation of assets in clients’ account against statements.
  • Respond and resolve enquiries regarding trades and product subscription life-cycle.
  • Attend to Relationship Managers’ queries on trade reports and clients’ statement of account.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose enhancements to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies related to trading and settlement activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in middle office operations, preferably within cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks applicable to cryptocurrencies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Flexible working hours may be required to meet operational demands.
