The Heidelberg Finance Transformation function is responsible for the efficient handling of finance and controlling processes worldwide, from SAP ECC 6.0 to group reporting (record-to-report).
This position includes regional process responsibility and the business integration of the global Heidelberg process standard (Accounting & Controlling) for Heidelberg companies in the Asia Pacific region.
Your tasks include:
- Being part of Heidelberg's global transformation initiatives and designing best-in-class processes based on your expertise.
- Analyzing, harmonizing, and optimizing finance-relevant business processes in close coordination with regional (European) Heidelberg companies.
- Identifying change requirements with regional (Asia Pacific) companies and supporting the implementation of global and local projects impacting financial value flows.
- Developing and implementing international standards for business processes and master data with the Global Process Owner(s), requirement areas, and IT team, focusing on end-to-end value chains and integration into internal and external accounting, considering local requirements.
- Supporting international SAP standard rollouts and assisting companies post-implementation with process stability, quality, compliance, and integration into Group reporting.
