You’ll handle all core human resources functions and be a guardian of our employer brand. Key Responsibilities Build solid relationships with employees and managers to create an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and employee engagement Support the Talent Acquisition team in the process of sourcing, hiring and providing end to end recruitment solutions Execute the full onboarding and offboarding process to create a thorough candidate experience Help build and maintain our culture activities Manage the MOM visa applications, renewal and cancellation. Enhance HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Manage employee grievances Measure employee retention and turnover rates Partner with the leadership team and oversee daily operations of the people, studio management and other job-related duties as required Prerequisites Proven experience in an HR management/business partnership role, supporting a creative and/or professional services business. Strong executive presence and communication skills. Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritise workload with strong follow-through. Ability to adapt to frequently changing schedules and priorities and experience in operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where change is constant and demanding, and clear structure/process may not be apparent.
