What the role is: The CPD formulates whole-of-CDC policies, strategic planning, strategic communication and transformation, stakeholder engagement as well as develop national programmes across the five districts. The incumbent will need to assist in the areas of strategic planning, data analytics, and transformation to expand outreach, deepen engagement and grow networks to develop and build stronger communities. What you will be working on: Develop & execute strategic planning Assist to develop strategies and initiatives to help the CDCs achieve its mission and objectives. Assist to develop and manage whole-of-CDC policies Conduct environment scan of issues affecting the community and spot trends and changing needs. Develop and work with CDCs to execute national programmes to develop and grow networks Engage partners and stakeholders and grow and connect communities together to build their capabilities to meet emerging and existing needs (for example, connecting learning and caring communities) Handle national schemes that cut across five CDCs. Review and monitor common based programmes across CDCs to ensure the effective use of resources. Draft papers/ reports and prepare/ make presentations to highlight and profile CDC work as assigned by Senior Director. Use data e.g. Balanced Score Card and strategic planning to develop and grow networks (include stakeholder management) by working closely with CDCs, internal stakeholders, government agencies and community partners. Understand and use data for formulating whole-of-CDC policies by aggregating, analyzing, and presenting information and statistical reports on CDC matters for management reporting. Prepare regular reports to highlight and profile CDC work. Transform programmes and workforce through social innovation in CPD and community to address complex needs. Provide Secretariat support (for meetings and parliamentary matters) , for example, handling corporate and administration functions of CPD; for programmes and projects and media matters involving all CDCs.
