Singapore IPS-Integrated Project Services Full time

IPS is hiring We are looking for a talented Design Manager to join our industry-leading Architectural team in Singapore .

The Design Manager manages and coordinates activities of architectural and engineering functions, providing the manpower and technical resources necessary for overall project design development and support.

  • Coordinates with project managers to determine scope, complexity, and planning/scheduling requirements of projects.
  • Assigns department personnel to provide engineering and technical support, determining personnel needs with appropriate qualifications.
  • Prepares manpower and cost estimates for the department as required.
  • Prepares regular and special reports and analyses, setting forth progress, adverse trends, and recommendations.
  • Participates in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all IPS and client information at all times, in accordance with IPS directives.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering, Project Delivery, or related discipline within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, superior communication skills, team building, and a strong work ethic. Ability to build rapport with department staff. Demonstrated administrative capacity to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate technical work, and obtain cooperation from others.
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Mandarin speaker.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually, with video required .
