Overview We deliver specialist tax advice, accounting and tax services to private clients, family groups and international enterprises. Role Corporate Secretarial Assistant to assist with the running of our corporate secretarial function. You will report directly to the Corporate Secretarial Manager who will work closely with you in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of this busy small firm. Responsibilities Assist with running the corporate secretarial function and support the Corporate Secretarial Manager. Handle key administrative tasks for corporate services, ensuring seamless and professional delivery. Oversee and submit filings to ACRA, IRAS, and other relevant agencies. Manage BizFile transactions with precision and compliance. Assist with KYC duties. For the successful candidate there is scope for growth and the opportunity to assist with management of this segment of our business. Qualifications Previous experience in a corp sec role highly regarded. Problem solving skills and the ability to remove roadblocks for our clients and the team. Superb communicator - verbal, written and listening skills. Customer service focused – to be successful at this role you must possess a genuine passion to assist our clients. Ability to work with the team but also be able to work autonomously and make decisions. Willingness to take accountability, can do attitude and roll-your-sleeves approach to getting work done.
