Responsibilities
  • Manage all technical and commercial components for bids in the civil infrastructure business line for various projects
  • Preparation of internal governance, production of winning proposals and presentations to drive business growth
  • Coordinate and manage proposal technical components, internal governance, pricing and presentations
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to recognize, process, and present information
  • Fully understand the requirements of the RFP, coordinate with technical leads for required technical and commercial inputs
  • Coordinate with other End Markets and Regions to ensure that the RFP scope is addressed adequately and all costs are accurately considered
  • Obtain quotes from sub-consultants as required and negotiate appropriate terms and conditions based on AECOM's standard contract and risk committee requirements
  • Prepare compelling proposals with win themes based on a complete understanding of client needs
  • Understand the competition and market trends and work closely with the ME Work Winning Team / Bid Studio on strategic pursuits
  • Verify that all legal qualifications and the Southeast Asia risk committee directives have been included in the final bid document before submission to the client
Qualifications
  • Diploma with a minimum of 1 year working experience for Bid & Proposal
  • Possess a flair for communication, both written and verbal
  • Proficient level of English both oral and written
  • Highly organized, meticulous, with an eye for detail
  • Comprehensive range administrative skills and client support services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. A proactive and effective communicator who can relate well to people at all levels
  • Ability to build constructive and effective relationships using diplomacy and tact
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint computer skills
  • Positive thinker with a can do attitude and a willingness to learn
